Eau de Parfum from Liquides Imaginaires, launched 2011. Perfumer: Sonia Constant (Givaudan). Unisex. Part of the Les Eaux Del? trilogy, alongside Sancti and Tumultu. A dark, resinous woody-spicy composition: saffron and cumin over an oud that the house describes as both deep and unexpectedly fruity, then smoky gaiac and cedar, closing on sandalwood, amber and a quiet vanilla-musk. The brand’s own framing is a mystical black water with the strength to drive out evil spirits ? a fire of renewal, warm and grounding. Available in 50 ml and 100 ml.
