A floral gourmand: warming ginger and cinnamon over bright mandarin and rose water, a soft powdery heliotrope-and-rose heart, finishing on a rich cocoa, vanilla and boozy rum base. Reads like Turkish delight and warm bakery spice rather than a straight dessert sweetness.
