Eau de Parfum from Louis Vuitton, launched June 2024 under the LVERS logotype and now sold by the house as LV Lovers. It is Louis Vuitton’s first fragrance made in collaboration with Pharrell Williams, the house’s Men’s Creative Director; Louis Vuitton describes it as “born from a creative dialogue between Men’s Creative Director Pharrell Williams and Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud.” Jacques Cavallier Belletrud developed it together with his daughter Camille Cavallier Belletrud. A perfume for men, sold in 100 ml. A limited-edition LV Lovers Copper Edition bottle, inspired by Pharrell’s debut Louis Vuitton collection, was also released. Louis Vuitton lists the key notes as ginger, galbanum, cedarwood and sandalwood, and calls it “the scent of light: the radiant intensity of luminous woods,” adding that “LV Lovers reveals vibrant green notes of galbanum energised by the clean crispness of ginger and grounded in the woody intensity of cedarwood.” Launch coverage also cited bergamot, and reported the fragrance was inspired by sunlight and photosynthesis. The name comes from Williams reimagining “LV” as “LVovers,” a nod to his home state’s slogan, “Virginia Is for Lovers.”
