Moustache from Rochas. The original launched in 1949 as Maison Rochas’ first men’s perfume; Now Smell This credits its creation to Edmond Roudnitska with his wife Th?r?se. That original formula is discontinued. The version Rochas sells today is Moustache Eau de Parfum (2018), which the house calls an elegant modern adaptation of the 1949 original; Basenotes credits it to Nathalie Gracia-Cetto. For men. Rochas classifies it as woody. Cylindrical amber glass bottle with a gunmetal cap and the red label. Available in 75 ml and 125 ml. A second 2018 release, Moustache Original 1949 Eau de Toilette ? lemon and bergamot over neroli, lavender and violet, on patchouli, moss and white musk ? is no longer listed in Rochas’ official line. Staff must check the bottle before describing anything: the Eau de Parfum and the Original 1949 Eau de Toilette are different fragrances, and vintage bottles on the bar are a third thing again.
