Eau de Toilette from Viktor & Rolf, launched 2019. Perfumers: Nathalie Lorson and Pierre Negrin (Firmenich). Part of the Spicebomb collection. For men. An amber foug?re ? warm and spicy, but conceived as the fresh, nocturnal turn on the original rather than a darker one. A green, crackling citrus opening over an herbal-aromatic heart, drying down warm and nutty on almond and tonka ? a fresh and sensual explosion of black spices. Housed in the house’s grenade bottle, tinted emerald green in a nod to night- vision optics and shading into black glass. Campaign face: Jacob Whitesides. Note: a second Night Vision exists ? the Eau de Parfum (2020), which moves the black spices complex (black pepper, black chili, nutmeg, clove) up top with electric lemon and finishes on fir balsam, dark woods and incense. This entry is the 2019 Eau de Toilette.
