Description

Eau de Parfum from Xerjoff, the Italian house founded in Turin in 2007 by Sergio Momo and Dominique Salvo. Launched 2011, part of Xerjoff’s 1861 collection ? released to mark the 150th anniversary of Italy’s unification. Unisex. Xerjoff classifies it in the Fresh family. Xerjoff calls it “a luminous fragrance” built on Calabrian bergamot, Bulgarian rose and warm musk, and states that “this freshness is Renaissance’s defining characteristic by design, symbolic of an awakening, a new beginning.” The house presents it as a celebration of Italian artistry and an homage to the artists of the Renaissance. Luckyscent describes the citrus opening ? lime, mandarin and bergamot ? as evoking Calabria, and the lily of the valley and herbal mint heart as “the unmistakable fresh breeze of Sardinia,” over a base of cedar, amber and musk.
