Description

Eau de Parfum from Le Labo, launched 2015 in the Classic Collection; created by perfumer Frank Voelkl. Le Labo does not gender its Classic Collection and does not publish a top/heart/base pyramid. The published materials are black tea leaves, bergamot, fig, bay leaf, cedarwood, vetiver and musk. Retailers describe it as oscillating between the brightness of bergamot and fig and the depth of cedarwood and vetiver, with the black tea leaf extract giving a dry, leafy, hay-and-tobacco quality in the dry-down. Per Le Labo’s naming convention, “Th? Noir” is the ingredient at the highest concentration and 29 is the number of ingredients in the formula.
