Description

Essence de Parfum from Amouage, launched 2024. Perfumer: C?cile Zarokian. From The Essences, Amouage’s high-concentration line at 30% perfume oils, matured six months with a double infusion of sandalwood chips and oak-wood barrels. Unisex. A vast ambery-woody oriental: zesty lemon and green-resinous elemi flash across the opening before a spice-and-incense heart takes hold, cumin and saffron lending a warm skin-like density. The dry-down is deep and slow ? patchouli, labdanum and opoponax over smoky birch and oud, with the extrait strength giving it heavy sillage and very long wear.
