Eau de Parfum from Mugler, launched in 2005. Perfumers: Dominique Ropion and Laurent Bruy?re. For women. An amber woody fragrance built on three notes: jasmine sambac at the top, for a radiant solar character; cashmeran wood at the heart, for what Mugler calls mysterious intensity; and white amber in the base, for lingering warmth. Presented in Mugler’s signature amethyst-coloured crystal bottle. The bottle is refillable ? at Mugler fountains in store, or from a 100 ml refill bottle, which at $159 costs less than the 90 ml bottle it refills. Mugler positions Alien as an elixir of sensuality and femininity, suited to cooler seasons. Available in 90 ml, 60 ml, 30 ml, 15 ml and 10 ml. Mugler entered fragrance in 1992 with Angel. The Alien line also includes Alien Eau de Toilette (2009), Alien Goddess, Alien Goddess Intense, Alien Goddess Supra Florale, Alien Hypersense, Alien Pulp, and Alien Extraintense, composed by Dominique Ropion.
