Description

ZGO Perfumery (authorized) both list Parfum from Orto Parisi, released in 2019. Created by Alessandro Gualtieri, who also founded Nasomatto. Made in Italy. Orto Parisi does not publish a note breakdown for Megamare, and the house does not assign a gender to the line. Anything presented online as a Megamare “top/heart/base” pyramid is unofficial ? we do not quote one. The house’s own description reads in full: “Sights. It is an indomitable depth, the unknown, a call towards all and nothing ? here, there, everywhere. The wholeness of the sea doesn’t need an explanation.” The bottle carries a tumbled silver metal cap with greenish corrosion caused by salty waters, set with an inlaid seashell from Haiti. Luckyscent, an authorized retailer, describes it as “a portrait of the beauty that lies on the surface of the ocean, and the dangers of the salty depths below… a swirling typhoon of a scent, a heady wash of brackish water, biting green algae, spicy-sweet sea air, and a sparkling musk.” That is retailer copy, not a note list.
